Owned by Dr Phaisal Hengsawas, the Bio Clinic has attracted huge public attention since the unhappy customers, Raweewan Setarat and Charnwit Charnrattanachai, were murdered.
Charnwit was killed inside the clinic last November.
Another high-profile customer, Raweewan was shot dead on a Bangkok street on September 13 this year while in the process of suing Phaisal for malpractice. Earlier this year, a key witness in her case against Phaisal was also killed.
Prakob Seenak, who was arrested in Laos on Wednesday, has admitted he killed the three victims at the order of Phaisal's younger brother, Sakda Hengsawas, who is on the run.
Police yesterday said Chaiporn Kasikorn was another accomplice implicated in Raweewan's case.
In Charnwit's case, Prakob has implicated three more suspects: a man called "Pai", a woman and another man.
"We are now gathering more evidence to get the arrest warrants issued," a police officer said.
Bio Clinic has 10 branches around the country, serving some 50,000 customers to date. Many were injected with Bio Technique substances that had not been properly researched to prove they are safe for human use. The Consumer Protection Board this week issued an order to ban the substances.
