Two ways (two drivers) or three ways (three drivers) determines the set-up of the audio system and direction and dispersion of the sound. However, two or three ways does not necessarily indicate the quality of the sound. This means that a three-way system does not always deliver better sound, or vice versa, since there many factors such as design and technology involved.
