Arriving at their luxury downtown hotel, Wit goes to the bar in search of cigarettes and meets Ploy, a young girl waiting for her mother to arrive from Stockholm. He invites her to wait in their room, triggering a row with Dang. Pen-ek Ratanaruang's highly detailed psychological drama of three strangers locked inside one hotel room runs parallel with speechless passionate sex between bartender Nut (Ananda Everingham) and hotel maid Tum (Pornthip Papanai).

The disc: Censors cut many of the steamy scenes from the version for local release but most of these, if not all, can be found in the deleted scenes special feature. Other extras include interviews with the actors about love and relationships, the music video of "Ya Hai Krai Ma Pen Jao Cheewit Ther", a photo gallery and trailer. No English subtitles are provided.

The cover price is Bt379 and the disc is selling for between Bt220 and Bt320.

28 Weeks Later

The story: The sequel to Danny Boyle's horror hit "28 Days Later" picks up six months after the spread of the Rage virus devastated the city of London, with the US military having declared victory over the infection. As the reconstruction process gets underway and the first wave of refugees return to British shores, a family separated by the devastation is happily reunited. During the initial outbreak, Don Harris (Robert Carlyle) and his wife Alice (Catherine McCormack) sat holed up with a small band of survivors in a remote farmhouse. Their kids well out of harm's way at a remote boarding school, Don and Alice's outlook for the future seems decidedly bright. But all hell breaks loose around the farmhouse and Don just barely manages to escape the clutches of the infected.

The disc: Special features include a commentary by director Juan Carlos Fresnadillo and producer Enrique Lopez Levigne, deleted scenes with optional commentary, a "making of" segment and three featurettes. Subtitle options are English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean and Thai.

The cover price is Bt449 and the DVD is selling for between Bt320 and Bt420.
