Royal renovation
The residence of His Holiness the Supreme Patriarch at Wat Bowonniwet Vihara has undergone Bt25.54-million renovation under the auspices of His Majesty the King.

Built in 1935, the residence took nine months to renovate.
His Holiness will attend a ceremony today to celebrate the renovation, conducted to celebrate the auspicious occasion of His Holiness's 94th birthday on October 3 and His Majesty's 80th birthday on December 5.
His Holiness will also attend merit-making ceremonies at Wat Bowonniwet Vihara between October 1 and October 3.
Currently, His Holiness is healthy but he remains under close medical supervision.
