The contest, which will be held between November and December this year, is part of the company's strategy to focus more on below-the-line activities, including outlet promotion, organising of marketing events, and product sampling.
"Our focus on below-the-line activities will reach out to new customers and encourage them to have direct experience of the product," said deputy marketing director Waneeporn Silapavitayathorn.
"We've also focused more on studying consumer insight. Our Spy products are clearly classified to target different drinkers," she added.
Waneeporn said that Spy Wine Cooler products targeted adult consumers aged almost 30.
"The company also launched a new Spy Cocktail product to woo younger adults 20-26 years old. Both have different drinking personalities," she added.
She said that under the "Spy Girl 2007" campaign, the company will search for young talent and charming girls from all provinces who exhibit high ability, initiative and interpersonal skills to represent Spy Wine Cooler as its brand ambassador.
The Spy ambassador will be the company's spokeswoman for various upcoming activities during the next year.
Contestants must be Thai nationals aged 20-26 with at least a bachelor's degree. Deadline for applications is November 10, and 10 finalists will attend an "Inspiring Camp" for three days in Hua Hin and Hua Hin Hills Vineyard in Prachuap Khiri Khan province.
