SET ends 0.6% higher

Thai shares ended 0.60 per cent higher on Monday, off intraday high on profit-taking in enery stocks.

The SET index at one point, peaked at 842.70 before profit-taking narrowed its strong gain to close the market at 836.51. Turnoverw as moderate at Bt23.83 billion.

Thai Oil Plc (TOP) was flat at Bt87, PTT Chemical Plc (PTTCH) fell 2.3 per cent at Bt130 and PTT Plc (PTT) was unchanged at Bt332.
