IBM overall server revenues grew more than 8 times faster than the total market value growth on an annual basis in Q2 2007.
IBM Thailand gained share and was the number 1 ranked vendor in overall servers:
IBM gained +4.8pts revenue share year-on-year in the overall server market in Q2 2007
Non-x86 Unix: IBM System p revenue share in the non-x86 Unix segment increased +1.7pts in Q2 2007 Vs Q2 2006 that enabled it take the number 1 position
x86 Blade: IBM revenue share of the x86 blade server segment increased +31.3pts from Q2 2006 to Q2 2007 that enabled it to take the number 1 position
IBM System z revenues surged significantly 270% YoY in Q2 2007. IBM x86 blade server revenues grew 114.1% year-on-year in Q2 2007 even though the overall x86 blade server market value declined 6.2% during the same period.
