It runs on Microsoft Windows Mobile 6 Professional. A test found that the PDA phone ran applications quickly and smoothly.

It is a quad-band phone, supporting GSM850, GSM900, GSM1800, and GSM1900.

The HTC P3600i comes with all major data-connectivity options. It has 3G, HSDPA, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPRS/GSM, USB and EDGE connectivity.

The P3600i features a two-megapixel camera at the back and a VGA camera at the front for making video calls when the 35 system is available. The PDA phone comes with Garmin Mobile XT, which is a Thai-language map application that works fine with the GPS chip in the P3600i.

Its jog wheel on the left side makes it convenient to rotate through applications and the wheel can also be pushed down to activate a highlighted application.

The P3600i comes with a black glossy finish, which looks elegant but tends to be easily smudged by fingerprints.

The weight is acceptable for a PDA at 150 grams with battery. Its 1500 mAh battery lasts about five hours of GSM phone use.

It measures 108 x 58.2 x 18.4 mm.

The HTC P3600i has a suggested retail price of Bt32,900.
