SET ends flat

Thai shares ended flat on Tuesday as investors kept themselves at bay ahead of the US Federal Reserve's interest rate decision.



Thai shares moved narrowly in a range of 800.45-805.89 before closing the market at 802.54, or a 0.01 per cent lower. Turnover was thin at Bt12.15 billion.

 PTT Plc was down 0.64 per cent at Bt312, Thai Oil Plc (TOP) rose 1.90 per cent at Bt80.50, TMB Bank (TMB) surged 4.76 per cent at Bt1.98, PTT Chemical Plc (PTTCH) jumped 4.50 per cent at Bt116, and Advanced Info Service plc (ADVANC) was off 1.69 per cent at Bt87.50.
