Varisara Mahagayee and husband Katha share their green experiences.
You can now enjoy green tea latte, blackberry green tea frappuccino blended cream, and green tea frappuccino blended cream. They're "inspired" by delicate Matcha tea and the centuries-old Japanese tea ceremony.
Guests at the presentation were invited to write down their thoughts on making the planet a better place.
Then three environmental activists - special guests for the occasion - shared their most memorable experiences.
Jade Donavanik, a lawyer and president of the Thai Environment Cooperation Foundation, explained his passion for jungle trekking, saying he's hiked through almost every jungle in the country.
"My inspiration has come from everything around me since I was very young," Dr Jade said. "I grew up in Chiang Mai, a city that's surrounded by nature, and, being raised by pet-lovers and growing up close to a Buddhist temple, I was always taught to care about animals.
"We don't have to be in a jungle or join an NGO to care about nature and animals. We can do this at home, in the way we behave and by consuming natural resources, such as paper, responsibly."
"I strongly disagree with putting animals in cages, like you see in so many of our zoos," he added. "It's simply unnatural for the animals, of course, but also for our children, who take it for granted that it's okay for animals to live in a cage. We must take this seriously and do everything we can, starting today."
Varisara "Rose" Mahagayee is a co-founder of the Rabbit in the Moon Foundation and owner of the conservation-monded Phra Nakorn Norn Len Hotel.
"I never imagined that Id become an environmental activist," she said. "My life was always about show business. Until I had a chance to spend a lot of time with nature, I don't think I ever truly realised its importance.
"All of us can help protect nature, even in little ways, by using as few plastic bags as possible and cutting down on our air-conditioning. In return, nature will inspire you."
Actress Natrika "Numphung" Thumpridanunt now works with several wildlife-conservation groups.
"At the end of my life I want to rest in peace, and all I have to do is to give," she said. "My inspiration comes from my work, and by the things around me on my travels. I began to feel truly happy when I first freed a captive wild animal - that feels so much better than having nice clothes or driving an expensive car.
"By just surfing the Internet, you can find so many ways to protect this world from global warming."
