Lehmann in goal for Germany against Wales

Cologne, Germany - Arsenal goalkeeper Jens Lehmann will be between the posts for Germany in their Euro 2008 qualifier against Wales in Cardiff on Saturday, coach Joachim Loew said in Cologne Wednesday.

Lehmann, 37, has been absent from the Arsenal side since aggravating an Achilles tendon injury in Germany's 2-1 friendly win over England on August 22.

He then complained of an elbow injury which has now cleared up.

"He will train this week and will play," Loew said.

Germany lead Group D in Euro 2008 qualifying by five points over Czech Republic.
