Harrison offers Canada condominiums to Thais

Harrison Plc, a real estate services provider, is offering condominium units in Toronto, Canada to Thai and foreign buyers, with a plan to introduce additional overseas properties to the Thai market.

Kittisak Jampathippon, deputy CEO of Harrison, said that during September 8-9 at Marriott Resort and Spa, the Residence at the Ritz-Carlton, would be introduced to potential clients. With space of 1,000 square metres, the units are offered at the starting price of Bt40 million.

"Canada's property market is growing fast and it is expected to expand further in the second half, particularly in Toronto. We thus discussed with the business partners in Canada for the introduction of these units in Thailand. If this project is warmly welcomed, we will introduce other overseas properties," he said.
