SET closes up 0.86%

Thai shares closed 0.86 per cent higher on Monday on thin volume.

The SET index started the day with a tumble before surging to close at the day's high at 820.19. Turnover was thin at Bt14.78 billion.

PTT Plc (PTT) rose 2 per cent at Bt312, Thai Oil Plc (TOP) went up 3.1per cent at Bt84.50, PTT Exploration and Production Plc (PTTEP) increased 2.5 per cent at Bt125, and Rayong Refinery Plc (RRC) was up 1.3 per cent at Bt23.80.
