Amanta Lumpini is the latest city condominium project by Narai Property and is located just 100 metres from the railway crossing at Rama IV Road by the expressway exit.
The strategic intersection is one of the city's busiest with traffic flows coming from all sides of Bangkok, making the Amanta site ideal for residents who enjoy the hustle and bustle of a city that never sleeps.
Narai has built a handsome sales office with two show units that reveal the quality of its luxury apartments, aimed at the upper end of the market with floor space selling from Bt90,000 a square metre.
A 43-square-metre, one-bedroom unit is selling for almost Bt5 million but the price is expected to be raised even higher once the soft-opening period transpires, said the developer.
The firm's deputy managing director Jainchai Limvattanakul said the project was competitive as many other five-star properties in the Sathorn, Rajdamri and Wireless roads were being priced at a higher rate.
From this location, residents can travel to all parts of the city in a relatively short time, said Jainchai, who is also the company's finance director.
The price of the units includes air conditioners, a kitchen set and a walk-in closet. The bathroom is also fitted with a large bath tub.
The architectural design of the 44-floor tower with a low-zone structure was conceived by Tandem while the interiors were supplied by Eco-ID. The landscape work uses Green Architect International.
The mock-up units are well done with interiors that are pleasant to the eyes, being simple and uncluttered.
The ceiling height of about 2.7 metres also helps to bring out the spaciousness of the units.
The units do not have large balconies, perhaps for prudent reasons, given the intensity of the traffic flows.
The large, almost 4.5-rai estate will have plenty of greenery to absorb the pressures of noise and emissions. Being set back from the main road by 45 metres will also help residents cope with the challenges this busy intersection brings,
Almost half the units have been booked, said the developer, who expects sales to be brisk because of the "ideal location".
The units will start from the eighth floor of the building. Buyers will have fixed car parking spaces.
The Amanta site also expects to draw buyers because of its proximity to several schools, the Silom-Sathorn financial district and Lumpini Park, as well as an MTR subway station.
Narai's first Amanta was at Ratchadaphisek near the Esplanade mall and Cultural Centre. Its other condominium brand is called Parkland, which is targeted at middle-income buyers.
