Its large screen comes with a large body, and thus it is not suitable for women or anyone with small hands.
Its dimensions are 125 x 73 x 17.5 mm and it weighs 190 grams.
Its VGA or 480 x 640 dots resolution is displayed on a 3.6-inch TFT LCD display with a touch panel and the display supports 262K colours (65,536 effective). The power behind its display is a NVIDIA GoForce 5500 3D hardware accelerator. The PDA is powered by an Intel XScale PXA 270 processor running at 520 MHz and it runs on Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0.
The Flame includes 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.0 and IrDA but it doesn't support HSDPA.
The Flame also features USB On-The-Go, which allows users to plug in an adapter, which ends in a regular USB port, to which a flash drive can be connected for copying files to or from the USB drive. The Flame has 2GB flash memory, which can be used to free up a camera's memory card, for example. Its memory could be further expanded with a microSD card. The Flame can also output its display and audio to a television or projector using a cable provided.
The PDA also has an FM tuner with good reception. It comes with a stereo headset for the tuner.
The Flame is powered by a 1,620mAh battery, which provides about six hours of talk time on a GSM network. It supports both Tri-band GSM 900/1800/1900 and WCDMA 2100.
