It aims to increase stations to 400 within five years and increase partners.
Company president Pitak Ratchakitprakarn said it planned to change logo and improve the environment and decor of all stations.
The company manages its stations through 32 sub-offices with 180 business partners.
It plans to increase the number of partners by approaching many of the country's 12,000 independent service stations.
In each of the next five years it plans to add 30 new partners opening new stations, as well as five of its own.
This will create sustainable growth, Pitak said.
It will strengthen brand awareness among motorists. The company trains staff to provide impressive service. It is advertising widely in newspapers and on radio.
Pitak said one of its strong points was its seven oil depots located very close to Bangkok. This allows it to keep distribution costs lower than competitors. Another advantage is its "flexible but precise management". The company expects to meet its five-year plan.
Pitak said the company had cleared its Bt3-billion debt and reorganised its financial system in June.
