The Index Event Agency will record an extra Bt100 million in revenues this year after opening 3-RD yesterday and Inspire Image early this year. The main services 3-RD is planning include interactive marketing, call-centre services and arranging customer database management.
Kanokporn, CEO of 3-RD, said deterioration in consumer confidence in the economic and political situation was a major reason for brands to seek interactive marketing strategies that could indirectly stimulate consumers to spend.
Through interactive marketing management, the company will learn consumers' situations and expectations, then exploit appropriate interactive media channels, such as telephones, faxes, e-mails, SMS messaging and Web chat. A call-centre service is another such channel.
So far, it has sold services to 10 corporate clients from such industries as telecommunications, insurance, automobile, finance, fast-moving consumer products, mobile phones and healthcare. It expects 10 more by the end of the year.
