
Thai team, comprising of PiromUtat, Wachara Sondee, Sompote Suwannarangsri and Sittichai Sowornprateep, crossed the line in 39.15seconds, with South Africa clocking 0.05 second behind, while thrid place went to China who finished at 39.30 seconds.
The team will be awarded each Bt1million from the National Sports Development Fund for winning the gold medal.
The Kingdom also claimed silver medal through the women's 4x100m relay team. They crossed the line behind Finland.
The team of Sangwan Jaksunin, Orranut Klomdee, Jutamas Thawonchareon and Nongnut Sanrat clocked at 43.92seconds.
The team will each receive Bt500,000 from the National Sports Development.
