Protesters stopped by police on Rajdamnoen

A group of some 30 anti-coup protesters were stopped on the Rajdamnoen Avenue on their way to the Army headquarters Thursday afternoon.

The protesters gathered at the Democracy Monument at 1 pm.

They began their march at 1:45 pm but police intercepted them in front of the head office of the Law Society of Thailand.

The protesters wore ancient warrior dresses and carried bows.
