BusinessWeek to launch in Thai-edition

Bangkokstation Network Co Ltd, local licensee for BusinessWeek publication in Thailand, on Tuesday officially launched BusinessWeek's Thai-edition in the kingdom.



Thailand is the 8th country for McGrawHill's Business Week to be issued in local language. The new BusinessWeek Thailand will target at executive managers as well as students, who are required to read BusinessWeek for their business courses.

BusinessWeek Thailand will be distributed monthly with a cover price of Bt175. It will also be the first newstradedistributed magazine in Thailand with globally recognized independent circulation audit.

Andrew Batt, executive director of Bangkokstation Network, said that the company expected 15,000 copies of BusinessWeek Thailand to be sold monthly, of which between 30 and 40 per cent were through subscriptions.

The subscription fee is set at Bt2,100 for one year, plus six free copies.
