An Evening of Great Wine Dinner on Koh Samui

The evening starts at 7p.m. at the hilltop Lan Tania Restaurant

Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui and Italasia jointly present an evening of great wines matched with scrumptious culinary delights that will tempt the savvy palates of patrons on August 17.

The evening starts at 7p.m. at the hilltop Lan Tania Restaurant with a wine tasting at which Mr Pio Cesare himself will guide through the different wines presented. The reception is followed by a traditional northern Italian four-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Andrea Sacchi matched with wines carefully selected by Mr Cesare. The dinner will be a delectable occasion to share with friends and family.

The family-owned Pio Cesare winery was founded in 1881 in the Piemonte region of Italy. For five generations, the Pio Cesare family has been producing traditional Piemontese wines in its ancient cellars, located in the center of the town of Alba. Pio Cesare owns more than 50 hectars of vineyards, located in the most highly rated and the most exposed areas. The wines are fermented using both modern techniques in tandem with the traditional methods of the region. Year after year, the wines are ranked among the world¡¦s best and most highly regarded. The winery¡¦s dedication to quality and respect for tradition and terroir, has allowed Pio Cesare to reach a prominent position among wine producers of Piemonte.
