Lehman testimony scheduled on Aug 27

Lehman Brothers (Thailand)'s executives will testify to Department of Special Investigation on August 27, on the charges involving the Financial Sector Restructuring Authority.

An officer from the DSI said that after all evidence have been collected, all would be forwarded to DSI chief Sunai Manomai-udom who will finalise if the case is solid enough to submit to the prosecutors.
