Federer leads, Haas out of top 10

Hamburg - Five-time Wimbledon champion Roger Federer retained his big lead atop the men's tennis ATP rankings issued on Monday, while German Tommy Haas dropped out of the top 10.



 The Swiss Federer has 7,290 points to rank ahead of French Open champion Rafael Nadal of Spain (5,455) and Serbian Novak Djokovic (3,200).

 Haas, meanwhile, dropped from ninth to 12th with 1,885 points, allowing American James Blake (1,995) and Czech Tomas Berdych (1,975) to move up one position, to ninth and 10th, respectively.
