SET tumbles 2.33%
Thai shares ended 2.33 per cent lower on Friday on regional stock markets' stumble following Wall Street's slump overnight.
The SET index lost 20.58 points to 863.58 and the blue chip SET 50 shed 16.89 points to 621.67. Turnover was heavy at Bt34.87 billion.
PTT Plc (PTT) fell 3.01 per cent at Bt322, PTT Exploration and Production Plc (PTTEP) lost 3.70 per cent at Bt130 and Thai Oil Plc (TOP) went down 2.19 per cent at Bt89.50.
