Pranda's expansion in Germany

Pranda Jewelry Plc's board of directors has approved the company's subsidiary, Pranda & Kroll GmbH & Co, to acquire all Assets from KSV Brand GmbH (KSV) to expand its European market.

In the filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the deal is a connected transaction given that Gregor Kroll is a director of both companies and also holds a 49 pe cent stake in both companies.

The transaction, scheduled to be complete within this month, is valued at 25,000 euro or equivalent to Bt1.16 million.

KSV is a jewellery and fashion articles trading company, with products under the name "Brand".

Pranda said in the filing that its board of directors and the audit committee are of the opinion that the transaction is reasonable given that it should expand the company's European market.
