Noppadol Pattama, lawyer to Thaksin, said a team of lawyers led by Somporn Pongsuwan would ask the OAG to revoke the AEC's orders that froze a total of Bt50 billion in accounts belonging to Pan-thongtae and Pinthongta Shi-nawatra and Bhanapot Dama-pong.
He said the lawyer would not counter-sue the AEC even if it lodged a complaint with police accusing Pojaman Shinawatra, Panthongtae, Kanchana Hong-hern and Busaba Damapong of refusing to give testimony to the AEC.

The AEC's sub-committee chairman Viroj Laohapan will later lodge a complaint with police against the four, as stipulated by the National Counter Corruption Commission.
Meanwhile , a group of 10 former Thai Rak Thai members of Parliament will today fly to the United Kingdom to meet ousted premier Thaksin Shina-watra.
Group leader Pracha Prasopdee said some in his group would travel directly to London while others might make a stopover in Hong Kong.
Another trip for former MPs has been tentatively scheduled for August 4, coinciding with a friendly match between Man-chester City and Valencia of Spain, he said.
Thaksin has bought 75 per cent of Manchester City.
