Charoen among DTAC shareholders

Charoen Sirivadhabhakdi emerged as a shareholder of Total Access Communication Plc (DTAC), buying 220,000 shares worth Bt9 million during the company's initial public offering in June.

Aside from Charoen, other well-known subscribers are Somporn Jungrungreangkit, 300,000 shares worth Bt12 million; Chaiyan Chakarakul, managing director of Lalin Property Plc, 280,000 shares worth Bt11.20 millin; Verawat Ongvasith, vice president of Major Cineplex Plc, 270,000 shares or Bt10.80 million; and Termsak Tantipipatpong whose family holds a majority stake in Thai Pineapple Canning Industry Corp Plc, 300,000 shares or 12 million.

 Among the top five institutional subscribers are Thai NVDR, 77 million shares or Bt3.08 billion; Government Pension Fund and 8.24 million shares or Bt329.64 million.
