Certified kundalini yoga teacher Nguyen Tien Nghia will share the basics of "the yoga of awareness" in this session, combining traditional yogic breathing, posture and body movement as well as mantra, mudras and the body locks known as bandha.
The benefits are to be found in the circulatory, respiratory, nervous, endocrine, lymphatic, digestive, immune and skeletal systems.

Soul food workshops

For Yupin Tapsisod, the vegetarian chef at the Wongsanit Ashram, cooking isn't just a matter of preparing meals - it's a chance to practise kindness.
At these threeday camps she will share her delicious recipes for healing both body and soul.
She'll be joined by fellow chef Piangporn Lapkloyma, an expert on natural healing who overcame cancer through natural foods, refusing modern medicine.
Among the dishes on offer will be herbal curries, salads, flower dishes, spicy tofu salad and desserts. Registration is Bt2,400.
