Examples of successful cases would be presented and smallgroup discussions would be held, she added.
BEC had 11,720 small schools under its supervision thus it was necessary to help them efficiently run and manage in the face of teacher shortage, she said, she hoped school management in various contexts shown at the workshop would be useful to the participants to implement at their won schools.
