Four Pattana, a leading homebuilder, established Four Develop House with registered capital of Bt4 million in July 2005.
The company focuses on the middle segment while Four Pattana constructs homes priced Bt5 million-Bt10 million.
Vichai said the company recorded revenue of Bt24 million in the first half of the year, and believes revenue would reach Bt60 million this year - double last year's figure.
It has one contract to build four units worth nearly Bt15 million and will sign another for up to 10 units this month.
Meanwhile, Four Develop House plans to launch a marketing campaign by offering discounts of between 3 and 5 per cent to customers who sign a contract at the Home Builder Expo from August 15-19 at the Queen Sirikit Convention Centre.
This will in part drive revenue to Bt60 million this year.
"With the economy posting only slight growth in the first half, some landowners have delayed a decision to construct a house, while others, who have saved enough to build their house, have continued with construction. As a result, our revenue has continued to grow to meet our target," Vichai said.
The firm expects revenue of Bt80 million next year, rising to Bt100 million the following year, by offering quality construction and launching housing designs to meet customer demand.
