Looking for something to improve the health of your joints or to complement your current yoga practice?

Thailand's newest and most comprehensive wellness centre - TRIA - is offering the chance to try it free of charge! Yin yoga aims to stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissues around joints with postures that are typically held for three to five minutes. This also calms and stills the mind and body in preparation for meditation. At the workshop you will learn about the philosophy and benefits of Yin yoga.  Admission is free and places are limited to 20.  Advance booking is required.

The luxurious S Medical Spa offers a unique combination of medical programmes and spa treatments, including the Body and Soul Purification Programme.
