Sansiri's president Srettha Thavisin said the Bt20-billion pre-sale backlog could be considered as the highest amount compared to other property developers' expected pre-sale backlog.
"The company has already generated Bt12 billion sales from its current projects during the first half of this year from its earlier target at Bt15 million. Those projects include high-end SIRI at Sukhumvit by Sansiri and the Baan San Pluem resort condominium in Hua Hin," Settha said.
In addition, Sansiri group has targeted to completely deliver all the residential places to the buyers worth total of Bt13.5 billion this year. Of total, most are the condominiums, followed by the single houses and townhouses.
Sansiri's plan during the second half of this year include four new condominium projects in Bangkok's central business district zones, one to two resort condominiums and one middle-end detached house project.
It also set a strategy to aggressively expand its business through its subsidiaries, which are Plus Property Co Ltd's, and Prompattana Co Ltd's and Red Lotus Property Co Ltd's new condominiums, townhouses, twin houses, detached houses and villas, which would be developed for middle-end consumers.
Currently the group has 34 projects on the development process, of which 13 are the single house projects, 11 condominium projects, 10 townhouse projects, and one land plot development project.- The Nation
