Oil prices eased on positive negotiations between the United Nations and Iran as well as the 9-year-high crude oil reserves in the US. Meanwhile, BP refinery in the US has resumed operations after emergency shutdown, amid lower demand within Asia, said Chaiwat Chooritti, senior executive vice president of PTT.
"The price cut is also backed by the strong baht," he said.
After the cut, gasohol 95 prices will be cut 40 satang per litre while gasohol 91 by 70 satang. Octane-95 petrol price will be Bt29.99, octane-91 at Bt29.19.
