The second project is a 5-rai neighbourhood shopping centre on Navam-Indra Road, with an investment of more than Bt100 million. A Carrefour hypermarket is expected to be built at the centre, whose opening is set for next January.
The third project is in Nakhon Ratchasima and will include a Tesco Lotus hypermarket. The investment budget, which will be covered by Tesco Lotus, will be about Bt30 million. It will occupy 26 rai.
The final project is the 16-rai Lifestyle Village and Entertainment Centre, which will be part of TCC Capital Land's Sena Avenue project. That investment is Bt500 million.
However, since the project, which will be created as an "integrated township", will have seven other phases, Siam Future is negotiating with TCC to invest in some of the commercial phases, president Somnuk Pojkasemsin said yesterday.
He said the company would seek shareholders' approval on Saturday to issue bonds worth Bt2 billion. It will issue bonds worth Bt1 billion in the first lot, of which Bt800 million will be used to refinance a short-term bank loan and the rest as working capital. The remaining Bt1 billion will be issued later.
