SET ends 1.4 per cent down

The Thai bourse experienced a minor correction Wednesday, as the main index dropped 12.17 points or 1.4 per cent.

The SET Index ended the day at 846.28 points. Turnover was Bt34.4 billion.

Brokerage houses anticipated the correction given that the SET Index hit the 10-year records for three straight days, with daily turnover of nearly Bt40 billion.
