SET Index down on profit taking

Investors have taken profits from the huge gains last week, sending the Stock Exchange of Thailand index down today morning.



 As of 11.21am, the SET Index dropped 4.41 per cent to 854.04 points. Turnover was Bt13.3 billion. 

 KGI Securities (Thailand) said in a research that today, the SET index would move in the range of 832-863 points. The company expected investors to sell off their shares to take profits from the continued gains in the past weeks.
