Asia Metal unveils new shareholder
Asia Metal Plc's major shareholder Chusak Yongvongphaiboob, also managing director of the company, revealed on Friday that he has sold a bulk of his shares to Win Sutreerachai.
Following the big lot transaction on July 4 where 40 million shares at Bt3 per share were transferred to Win, Win would be the company's third largest shareholder, after Chusak and Penchan Yotinuoppamai, according to the company's filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Before the transaction, Chusak's holding covered 241 million shares, or 50.28 per cent. Afer the transaction, his holding dropped to 201 million shares or 41.94 per cent.
