A celebration of flavour

Interestingly enough, London's most celebrated chef almost became a football player before turning to cooking.

A celebration of flavour

It goes without saying that losing Ramsay to soccer would have been, at best, a very unfortunate tradeoff for food lovers.

His cuisine stands among Britain's finest, a dazzling combination of tastes and textures in the most flamboyant French tradition.

Dishes here are not only lighthearted and incredibly tasteful, they also often embody the very cream of classically inspired cooking.

The beef tartare with caviar, peppers and deepfried onion rings in a flawless exercise of culinary mastery, but every single entrée will make your sensory cortex go awry.

Main courses are just as stupefying, as with the roast pigeon with foie gras, another of Ramsay's genuine masterpieces. Booking two months in advance is mandatory.
