Exporters concerned on stronger baht
The exporters of farm goods and frozen foods have voiced a concern that the stronger baht would affect their competitiveness.
They also asked the relevant state agencies to devise measures to prevent the fast appreciation of the baht value.
Chookiat Ophaswongse, president of the Rice Exporters Association, said that the rising baht value during the past two years has impacted the export sector.
