CPR GOMU INDUSTRIAL announced that director and assistant managing director Sasithon Wanichvisitgul resigned from the latter position, effective last Saturday.



HANTEX reported that the Central Bankruptcy Court approved its business-rehabilitation plan and changed its name from Hantex to Living Land Capital.

SIAM2YOU announced that shareholders Simon Morris Gerovich and Sphinx Capital had informed the company that Sphinx Capital sold 2.95 million common shares, or 7.2 per cent of the company's paid-up capital, to Gerovich, which boosts its shareholding to 14.56 per cent.

WOW XPERIENCE reported that its Dlsuh (Thailand) subsidiary increased its registered capital from Bt2 million to Bt3.75 million and that Wow Xperience would extend its consultation-service contract with Mark Steven Mastrov for another year.
