SIAM2YOU announced that shareholders Simon Morris Gerovich and Sphinx Capital had informed the company that Sphinx Capital sold 2.95 million common shares, or 7.2 per cent of the company's paid-up capital, to Gerovich, which boosts its shareholding to 14.56 per cent.
