Tissue products: Kimberly-Clark's 10% growth

Tissue-maker Kimberly-Clark Thailand has continued to maintain 10-per-cent growth this year.
Thailand's tissue market recorded Bt3.3 billion in sales last year. Kimberly-Clark enjoys a 59-per-cent market share. Associate marketing director Jiraroj Tikkawee said demand for tissue in the Thai market had shown strong growth, especially in the premium market. As a result, the company yesterday launched its latest product, Kleenex Aloe, to maintain its sales growth and meet this year's target. Organic Industry Fifth 'eco-efficiency' forum The fifth annual eco-efficiency forum, "Organic Industry Thailand: Tradition and Innovation", will be held next Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm in the Pinthong Room of the Thansettakit Building on Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road in Bangkok. The forum is being jointly organised by the Agriculture, Commerce and Natural Resources and Environment ministries; German Technical Cooperation; Maejo University in Chiang Mai; Earth-Safe Foundation; Organic Agriculture Certification Thailand; the Thai Organic Trade Association; and the Green Net Cooperative.
