BANGKOK BANK has acquired an additional 13.94 per cent of National ITMX, which operates the nationwide Interbank Transaction Management and Exchange System that provides electronic payment services to businesses, individuals and local and international banks. The bank now holds 27.44 per cent.

GRANDE ASSET DEVELOP-MENT's executive vice president for cost control and administration, Vidsanu Srisuwankarn, resigned from the company effective June 9.

KASIKORNBANK said it had on Monday increased its holding in National ITMX from 8.4 per cent to 15.64 per cent.

LPN DEVELOPMENT said it had on May 9 purchased 10 rai of land in several parcels from unnamed sellers for Bt161.11 million. It will build four eight-storey condominium buildings, called Lumpini Condotown Ramkhamhaeng 26. The Bt800-million project is due to be completed in April 2009.

MIDA ASSETS said it paid Bt147 million for 10 million shares, or 84 per cent, in Turtle Party from existing shareholders, including Saowarak Navakitpaitoon and Puncha-rasmi Anukraodilok.
