KHON KAEN SUGAR INDUSTRY reported that the board of subsidiary Koh Kong Plantation approved a registered capital increase of US$11 million (Bt381 million), to invest in sugar-cane plantations as a concession right in Cambodia.

NAVAKIJ INSURANCE's board voted to sell 2.09 million shares of subsidiary Navasakol to the Sathorn Nakorn Tower for Bt13.34 apiece.

PTT CHEMICAL's board endorsed a Bt7.78-billion investment in an electrical-power and steam project, to fulfil demand from its present production and investment projects in next year's third quarter.

ROCKWORTH's board voted to invest in a new company, Rockworth Reyami, established in India to produce office furniture under the Rockworth brand. The new company will have registered capital of 4 million rupees (Bt3.57 million) divided into 40,000 shares.

SANSIRI's board voted to sell 120,000 shares of subsidiary Sansiri Venture to Space Development.
