NONTHAVEJ HOSPITAL reported that it completed registration of a title transfer for land bought on Rattanathibeth Road, Nonthaburi province.
PACIFIC ASSETS' board approved a loan of Bt193.68 million to subsidiary Samui Long Beach for the purchase, from UK Development, of land, with construction, located on Sukhumvit Road. Pacific Assets will charge interest of 7.5 per cent.
SINO-THAI ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION reported there was no warrant exercised during a specified period in March. As a result, the total warrants listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand remains at 163.55 million units.
TOTAL ACCESS COMMUNICATION posted an audited net profit of Bt1.56 billion in the first quarter, up from Bt1.26 billion in the same quarter last year.
