PHATRA SECURITIES announced it would revise the commission it charges Merrill Lynch as a foreign securities company and exclusive partner, currently at the rate of 0.175 per cent.

The new rate will be not less than 60 per cent of that stipulated by the Stock Exchange of Thailand - or not less than 0.15 per cent, from the current rate of 0.25 per cent.

PREMIER TECHNOLOGY said Vimolthip Phongsathorn, who owns 85.65 million shares, or 60.34 per cent of the company, would sell 20 million shares, or 14.09 per cent, to Seri Centre Management, of which she owns 99.93 per cent, for Bt15 apiece through a big-lot trade on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

THAI RUNG UNION CAR announced that subsidiary VP Auto Service had agreed to distribute buses in Thailand made by China's Zhengzhou Yutong Group. Marketing activities will start next

quarter.
