KRUNGTHAI CARD (KTC) said parent bank Krung Thai Bank would cancel provision of management services for Visa Electron-Krung Thai Cards and terminate the agreement for management of and services to the call centre that KTC had been providing.

MINOR CORP announced it would sell subsidiary Minor Aircraft Holding to Globlex for Bt323 million, to improve Minor Corp's profit.

THAI CAPITAL announced it would be transferred to the Construction Materials sector of the Stock Exchange of Thailand, because its revenues from the manufacture and distribution of long-product steel for construction and special-construction steel were in greater proportion than its revenues from the manufacture and trade of air-conditioner parts.

TMB BANK disclosed it was unable to make a Bt270-million interest payment on its Hybrid tier-1 securities, because the Bank of Thailand turned down the bank's request for payment of the interest.
