ASCON CONSTRUCTION said ASZ Joint Venture - owned by the company, Strabag and Zublin (Thailand) - on Monday was awarded a Bt488.54-million contract with Uthai Thani town for the construction of its municipal wastewater treatment plant.
CH KARNCHANG said its Pathum Thani Water subsidiary would proceed with its restructuring by decreasing registered capital by Bt1.55 billion, from Bt2.75 billion to Bt1.2 billion.
MFC ASSET MANAGEMENT announced it was offering its Bt500-million MFC Global Long-Term Equity Fund until June 26 and its Bt500-million MFC Islamic Long-Term Equity Fund until June 27.
