Upon arriving at his house in Rangsit last weekend, members of the media were welcomed by all the members of his family, including his eldest son, nicknamed Phone.

Nong Phone could only have been born into a family that has been involved in the telecom industry for decades. And he hopes to live up to his father's expectations: at 11 years old he has already developed a good business sense.

Nong Phone studies at St Gabriel's and he takes I-Mobile phone brochures with him to class, as alternative options for his classmates who do not want to buy conventional mobile-phone brands. The phones are manufactured by his family.

Nong Phone doesn't only promote I-Mobile phones, but also makes his own profits.

Before selling the items to his friends, he asks his father about the expected profit margin that I-Mobile has set. Then he quotes a higher price and he puts the extra cash into his own pocket.

Certainly, this brings a broad smile to his father's face, especially when Watchai learnt about his younger brother's son. The nephew also did what Nong Phone did. But rather than quoting an extra charge for his own profit, the nephew sold the mobile phones to his friends at the prescribed prices.

No need to ask which of the kids will prosper in the business world. One thing for sure, Nong Phone is cute and smart enough to be a presenter for I-Mobile phones if his father wants to save some money.
