AGRO INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY announced a first-quarter net profit of Bt1.05 million, against Bt5.43 million in the same period last year.
SIAM FUTURE DEVELOPMENT reported the establishment of Ratchayothin Avenue Co Ltd, which will develop and operate shopping centres. Siam Future and the Major Cineplex Group each hold 50 per cent of the company, which has paid-up capital of Bt100 million.
