American jailed 50 years
A tour guide and restaurant-owner from the United States was jailed yesterday for 50 years after being found guilty of serially molesting his own daughter.
The South Central Criminal Court convicted Joshua Napp, 34, of regularly molesting his 12-year-old daughter. The girl's mother filed a police report after she learnt of the events.The court heard that the man had forced his daughter to stimulate him and perform oral sex on several occasions between July 2 and July 15 last year. The court did not consider seven separate counts of rape of a minor. The mother told the court the offences had occurred when the daughter went to stay with Napp at his Bangkok home following their separation and her employment at a casino in Cambodia.
